I used the shotgun and mostly did headshots and got it 1st try but you can do whatever makes this easier for you. The windows can get damaged, only when the steel bars from the windows drops on the floor will void this medal. Cleared the siege in the bar without any of the windows being broken. This is relatively easy to use Moira to stun with the flashlight and then use Y and swap to Claire and use RT on them, can be done more than 1 time on the same enemy. Knocked down an enemy 5 times by blinding them with the light, then hitting them with a physical attack. The Medals can be done in multiple plays like I got the bricks and sub-weapons on 1 play and then did others for the stealths etc.
